FASHIONPHILE offers a 15-day return window for items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring you find the perfect luxury piece for your collection. Please note that items marked as Final Sale or those with removed security tags are ineligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your FASHIONPHILE account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring the FASHIONPHILE security tag remains intact and all original accessories, such as dust bags or authenticity cards, are included.
Ship the Item
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized UPS location within the 15-day return period to ensure a valid return.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once received, our experts will inspect the item's condition; upon approval, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit within 5 business days.
